> Spain and Portugal: shipping costs throughout the mainland are €6. Over €100, shipping is free.
> For the Balearic Islands the shipping costs are €8, and free over €120.
> We do not deliver to the Canary Islands, Ceuta and Melilla, or to post office boxes.
> Europe | We delivery orders to many European countries: Germany, France, Austria, Italy, United Kingdom, Belgium, Croatia, Netherlands, Luxembourg, Slovenia, Poland. The shipping costs are €14 and free over €150
Normally, you should receive your order in 1-2 working days (Spain) in 4-6 working days (Europe). Remember that if you place your order at the weekend, we will not be able to prepare it until the next business day.
If you have not received your order or have not had a pre-delivery notice from the courier company, please contact us. We will find out what has happened and do everything we can to make sure it reaches you as soon as possible.
We would love to be able to, but for the moment we can’t ship to the Canary Islands.
Yes. Of course! We ship orders to many European countries. Shipping costs are €14 and free for orders over €150. It will take 2 to 7 days to arrive, depending on the country.

Yes. Of course! Many people give MMUCHO POWER®️ products as gifts, and we love that! If you like, you can include a personalised message. Write to us and we will take care of everything.
We do not offer gift wrapping, but you can use one of our organic cotton fabric tote bags to wrap it in.
You can pay with most credit and debit cards. We don’t accept payment by cash on delivery.
Of course, at Mucho Power we respect and are inspired by Nature, Animals and our Mother Earth. We try to look after them and we do everything we can in this regard.
The tissue paper, labels and stickers are ecological, environmentally friendly and FSC® certified, which means that they come from responsibly and sustainably managed forests and supply chains.

We will accept returned products as long as the items are in perfect condition, with the outer and inner labels and the original packaging.
Any garment that appears to have been worn, washed or altered in any way will be rejected. Be careful when trying on garments, as we cannot accept any returns that have makeup stains or that smell of perfume.
You have up to 14 days after receiving the product. After that, we will not be able to accept returns.
Returns that do not contain the purchase receipt or order details may be delayed. Our ability to meet requests for exchanges will be subject to availability of the garment(s) at the time when the return is received.
You must send us the product and once we have verified it is in perfect condition, we will reimburse you by the same payment method you used to pay for the order, minus the original shipping costs (€6 for standard delivery to mainland Spain/Portugal or €14 for delivery to Europe). In the case of exchanges or returns, you will pay the cost of sending the goods to MUCHO POWER®️.
You are responsible for ensuring that the product, labels and packaging reach us in perfect condition, otherwise we will not be able to give you a refund. Use the same compostable bag that your order arrived in (or a similar one) to prevent the product being damaged during transport.

Please check that your order is in perfect condition. If your order is incorrect or faulty, please contact us and we will solve the problem.
If the return or exchange is due to an error on our part with a delivery or product, we will collect the package at the address you provide and pay all costs of the subsequent return and the cost of delivering the correct order in the case of exchanges.
