At MUCHO POWER®️ we love the word Conscious. As well as endeavouring to raise public awareness through our designs, we produce them in a mindful, honest, respectful way, encouraging you to shop consciously.
At MUCHO POWER®️ we believe beautiful things should be created sustainably to make them last.
[ MADE IN SPAIN. Made locally, close to home ]
All our collections are produced in Spain, close to home. This is where we live and we like to promote the local economy. Our collections are manufactured nearby, in workshops in the Alicante/Valencia area. We can thereby avoid the high environmental cost of long-distance transport (by air, ship or road).
We love Spain, our country, and we feel very proud to create a brand that is Made in Spain.
[ TRANSPARENCY, TRACEABILITY, AUTHENTICITY ]
All our products are produced by responsible partners and manufacturers that we work alongside every day.
We want to maximise the profits of the people we work with and minimise the impact on the environment. Respecting the people we work with, building honest, lasting, loyal relationships and caring for our natural environment is as important as the products we create.
Some of our main values include transparency and loyalty, to both people and the planet.

[ SUSTAINABLE ORIGIN ]
We choose high-quality fabrics from companies that are committed to reducing their environmental impact. Organic, recycled, ecological fabrics. At MUCHO POWER®️ we create products characterised by their timeless, natural, stylish beauty and a long-lasting, sustainable life cycle. We love the fact that our products have had several lives and have passed from generation to generation.
[ ORGANIC ]
We use organic cotton, which is produced by ecological farming methods. One of its characteristics is the absence of chemical or toxic fertilisers, herbicides or pesticides, and it is also free from genetically modified organisms.
This model of farming defends the proper use of agricultural land, ecosystems, and workers’ and consumers’ health. It combines tradition with innovation and science to benefit the different aspects of the environment, including people’s quality of life.

[ ECO-CERTIFIED ]
We’re in favour of transparency and we believe that certifications are the best way to guarantee traceability. Our designs have different certifications that vary according to the product:
The fabric with which MUCHO POWER®️ organic cotton t-shirts are made holds the Spanish COTEXMO: RE-ECO TEXTILE ORGANIC certification, which guarantees that no chemical or toxic fertilisers, herbicides or pesticides are used and that it is free from genetically modified organisms.
This model of farming defends the proper use of agricultural land, ecosystems, and workers’ and consumers’ health. Thanks to the use of fewer chemical products and mechanical operations, the potential for global warming is reduced by 46%, acidification of soil and water is reduced by 70%, over-fertilisation by 26%, energy consumption by 62% and water consumption by 91% with respect to conventional cotton.
This certification is provided by the Spanish fabric company Comercial Textil Moreno S.L. For more information you can visit their website www.cotexmo.es or read additional information about the certification.
The fabric with which MUCHO POWER®️ Tote Bags are made holds the GOTS (Global Organic Textile Standard) certification, which guarantees that no artificial/toxic fertilisers or insecticides are used. It protects farmers and their future generations, as it does not pollute the land. It uses 70% less water and has a 22% lower carbon footprint than conventional cotton.
All the designs are manufactured in Spain, in the Alicante/Valencia area.
[ SUSTAINABLE, ECO-FRIENDLY PACKAGING ]
We respect and are inspired by Nature, Animals and our Mother Earth. We try to look after them and we do everything we can in this regard. The tissue paper, labels and stickers we use are ecological, environmentally friendly and hold the following certifications:
> FSC or Forest Stewardship Council certification, which guarantees that paper products come from responsibly and sustainably managed forests and supply chains.
> Acid-Free Paper certificate, meaning that the tissue paper, stickers and labels we use are made from cellulose fibre where the active acid pulp is eliminated during processing. What is more, they do not contain lignin or sulphur, so the ink will not be transferred to the fabric and the paper will not leave traces of these chemicals as it decomposes.
> They are printed with soy inks. They are an ecological alternative to petroleum-based inks, and they are a renewable resource. Although soy inks are slower to dry than many other inks, the process produces more vibrant colours and they have the additional benefit of not leaving any petroleum by-products as they decompose. Also, soy inks have low levels of VOCs, which reduces air pollution during the drying process.

[ COMPOSTABLE BAGS ]
We don’t like plastic, which is why we’ve chosen to use compostable bags that are not only biodegradable but also turn into compost or fertiliser. They are made from a combination of corn-based biopolymers. The bag takes 6 months (180 days) to compost and is certified for use as household and commercial compost.
The bags are certified by TÜV Austria and meet European, US, Australian and other international standards, including certifications for use as household compost. For more information you can visit our supplier’s website here.
We are constantly looking for new materials and production techniques to make our company more sustainable.
